Tour Itenerary
Our Montana Tour begins & ends in Bozeman, MT. The Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport is just minutes away from the hotel where we start & end our tour.
Day 1 - Friday, July 7, 2023
Arrival Day

Tour guests arrive in Bozeman at hotel.

Meet & greet dinner that evening in the hotel ballroom.
When booking your flights into Bozeman, you'll want to arrive, if at all possible, by 4pm.
Day 2 - Saturday, July 8, 2023
Butte, MT & Gates of the Mountains
-
Stop at Headwaters State Park where Lewis & Clark camped. Here we'll see a 10,000-year-old pictograph and the confluence of the Gallatin, Jefferson, and Madison Rivers that form the Missouri River, America's longest river.

Tour Butte, Montana, which at one time was one of the wealthiest cities west of the Mississippi River.

Enjoy a boat ride through Gates of the Mountains on the Missouri River. Named by Meriweather Lewis on the Corp of Discovery's journey west.

Stay the night in Helena, Montana.

Day 3 - Sunday, July 9, 2023
Helena & Virginia City, MT

Take a walk through the Montana State Capital building, which is used often in the TV series Yellowstone with Kevin Costner.

Stand atop Clark's Lookout overlooking the Beaverhead Valley in Dillon, MT. William Clark stood where you will stand on August 13, 1805.

Visit Virginia City, Montana. Here you'll have time to shop while you take in the history of one of Montana's oldest towns.

Dinner in Virginia City, Montana.

Stay the night in West Yellowstone, Montana.
Day 4 - Monday, July 10, 2023
Yellowstone National Park

Stop at Quake Lake on our way to Yellowstone National Park. The lake was formed by Montana's largest earthquake ever on August 17, 1859.

Stop at Grand Prismatic Spring, the largest hot spring in the U.S. & Old Faithful, Yellowstone's most iconic feature.

Visit the Grizzly & Wolf Discovery Center in West Yellowstone, Montana, where you'll see Grizzly bears, wolves, and birds of prey.

Dinner in Big Sky, Montana.

Return to Hotel in Bozeman, Montana.

The tour is nearly all-inclusive. Your tour reservation takes care of your hotel rooms for four nights, motorcoach transportation & entry fees to tour locations, dinner each night, and breakfast at the hotel each morning. You will only be responsible for lunch and any snacks.
As we get closer to the tour date, we'll email you a more detailed itinerary with more specific daily tour times, hotel info, and dinner options.
